You can send Invoice for your sold products / services from your PaymentBD account to any other account holder / email addresses. Even you can send invoice to any email address which is not registered yet.
If that email address is already registered, then the account holder will see a notice (an email will also be sent to his email address notifying your request) and he will transfer fund from his account to your account.
If your client / email address is not registered at PaymentBD then an automated email will be sent to him notifying the invoice / request of money. He can pay you by following two options.
Option 1: He will open an account to PaymentBD and transfer fund from his account to your account.
Option 2: He can add requested fund directly to your PaymentBD account using any of available payment methods.
So, start selling your products online and send invoice to your clients through PaymentBD. We make your life easy.
Invoice Format:
You have to provide the following information while creating an Invoice.
1. The Date on which your product was sold / provided service.
2. Small Description about your product / service
3. The price of per item.
4. Quantity for each item.
5. VAT (if applicable) etc
You can add more than one product/ service in one Invoice. You can also add the amount already paid (if any).
